You must be an Arizona resident.
If you live in another state, we can file your case only if you resided
in Arizona within the last 90 days. If you just moved to Arizona,
your case cannot be filed until you have been here for 90 days although
we can start on your case immediately. |

You must have a free office or phone
conference with one or our attorneys. To schedule an

You must enter a fee agreement and make the
first payment. Representation will commence when the agreement has
been accepted by your attorney. |
